2017 Park Madness ROUND ONE RESULTS

It’s that time a year, when basketball fans around the country fill out their National Championship brackets in hopes that their teams wins it all in the NCAA Basketball National Championship. Here at Coaster101, while we love a good bracket pool, we decided to have some fun with the bracket system this year, and create our first “Park Madness.“

Like in the NCAA Bracket, we’ve ranked 64 parks from across North America, divided into four 16-team geographic regions; East, West, Midwest and South. However, instead of the parks facing off against each other, we’re going to let you, the readers of Coaster101.com decide your pick for best park in North America is! (Note: Parks were divided by region, and randomly plugged into seed lines!)

Each voting round will take place over several days, and the schedule will be as follows. We’ll create a post each day with new polls for voting. All voting will be done right here on Coaster101.com, and will end at 8:00pm Eastern Time on the specified date.

Round One Voting: Wednesday, March 15-Saturday, March 18

Round Two Voting: Sunday, March 19-Tuesday, March 21

Sweet Sixteen Voting: Wednesday, March 22-Saturday, March 25

Elite Eight Voting: Sunday, March 26-Tuesday, March 28

Final Four Voting: Wednesday, March 29-Saturday, April 1

Championship Voting: Sunday, April 2-Tuesday, April 4, with the Champion Announced on Wednesday, April 5.
